Our standard payment policy is 10% deposit upon signing the contract, 50% upon project completion, and 40% upon final completion and satisfaction.
We understand that things may change during the course of a project. If you need to make any changes, we will discuss them with you and provide you with a written change order. All change orders must be approved by both parties before work can begin.
We offer a one-year warranty on all of our work. If you have any problems with your project within one year of completion, we will come back and fix it at no cost to you.
We are committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a customer satisfaction guarantee on all of our projects. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, we will rectify the issue to your satisfaction.
